Hygiene kits were distributed in the communes of Petit-Goâve and Saint-Jean du Sud as part of the cholera response project.
Over 400 kits were distributed, each containing a bucket with tap, chlorine, soap, aquatabs and a cholera awareness leaflet.
In addition, 20 public, religious and private institutions received hygiene kits as part of the cholera response project in the communes of Petit-Goave and Saint Jean du Sud. Each kit contains a bucket with tap, a stool, unstabilized chlorine, hydroalcoholic gel and soap.
The project, funded by Aktion Deutschland Hilft, targeted the 7th and 11th communal sections of Petit-Goâve, as well as the 1st and 3rd sections of the commune of Saint Jean du Sud.
